AI Delivery Lead - Physical AI

The opportunity 

As an AI Delivery Lead, you will lead the delivery of Physical AI use cases within our global Data, Analytics & AI organization. You will work across manufacturing environments and business units, coordinating projects that bring AI into real-world industrial operations. 

You will take ownership of delivery from project planning through implementation, coordinating business sponsors, architects, business analysts, IT teams, manufacturing stakeholders, and external partners. The use cases can range from computer vision and visual inspection to AI-enabled robotics and other solutions connecting AI with the physical environment. 

This is a senior delivery role where you will bring structure to complex initiatives, align stakeholders across functions and regions, and ensure Physical AI use cases move successfully from concept to implementation.  

Please note that this role involves approximately 30% travel.  

How you'll make an impact 

• You lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Physical AI use cases across our global operations. 

• You work with business sponsors and cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. 

• You develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements using suitable delivery methodologies. 

• You coordinate architects, business analysts, technical specialists, and other contributors across geographically distributed project teams. 

• You develop clear Statements of Work and manage external vendors and partners throughout project delivery. 

• You monitor progress across the Physical AI use case portfolio and manage priorities and dependencies. 

• You identify project risks and issues and drive appropriate mitigation and follow-up. 

• You provide clear project reporting and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and senior management. 

Your background 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 

• 8+ years of experience in project or delivery management, with a strong track record of delivering complex technology projects. 

• Experience delivering projects in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments. 

• Proven experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams. 

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working across business and technology teams. 

• Experience managing external vendors, project scope, budgets, timelines, and risks. 

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

• Excellent written and spoken English.
