Associate Analyst (Contractual)

Job Description

We are looking for motivated, intelligent, and diligent individuals to work as Associate Analyst. The work will entail the labeling and annotation of data for the development of AI and machine learning models. We offer thorough training therefore no prior knowledge of data annotation is required. This can be the ideal chance for you to advance in the AI/ML industry if you have a solid understanding of fundamental computer skills and are skilled with Microsoft or Google Office suits.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to objectively evaluate content and identify subtle linguistic nuances.
• Excellent command of grammar, syntax, punctuation, and stylistic conventions.
• Skilled at identifying factual inaccuracies and logical inconsistencies
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for content evaluation
• Familiarity with different writing styles, tones, and editorial standards
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo)
• Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately

Job Responsibilities

• To manually label data points, which can include text, audio, video, and images as per the guideline and instructions
• Maintain the consistency and correctness of labeled data by adhering to established standards and guidelines.
• The ability to operate effectively under supervision, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities to comprehend directives and directions for tasks.
• Reading Ability: The applicant must possess the ability to decode or interpret written content.
• Writing Ability: The applicant should be able to describe a picture, video, or audio clip using appropriate grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, and sentence structure.
• Listening Ability: The applicant must have the ability to accurately receive and interpret audio messages.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
