Azure Devops Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer with deep Azure expertise to support a high-scale, event-driven microservices platform. This role requires strong ownership, the ability to operate independently, and experience supporting production systems at scale.

For this requirement, would prefer candidates with a strong Java background who also have hands-on experience with containerization and deployment. The key skills and expectations are:

Docker & Containerization: Ability to create Dockerfiles and containerize existing applications.

8-10+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and architecture

Expertise in CI/CD using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions
Kubernetes: Understanding of Kubernetes manifests and experience deploying applications to Kubernetes environments.
CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with creating and maintaining deployment pipelines.
Scripting: Basic scripting skills to automate tasks and support deployment processes.
Please prioritize candidates who have a combination of Java development experience and practical DevOps skills, particularly in Docker and Kubernetes.

Good to have: Good understanding of Java applications and their architecture.Execution & Behavioral Expectations

Person should be able to independently manage Digital speciality system
