The Opportunity
Hitachi Energy Vietnam is looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring talented blue-collar and operational employees who contribute to the success of our manufacturing and business operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building talent pipelines, and making a direct impact on workforce growth in a dynamic industrial environment.
How you'll make an impact:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities for operational and blue-collar positions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, employee referrals, vocational schools, community outreach, and local networks.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Build strong talent pipelines by identifying, assessing, and engaging qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Strengthen Hitachi Energy's employer brand by representing the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and talent engagement activities.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor regulations while continuously improving recruitment processes and staying informed on market trends.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- You hold a achelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Some experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, energy, or production environments.
- Understanding of blue-collar hiring practices and operational roles, including technicians, operators, assemblers, and maintenance personnel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
