Data Analyst / BI & Observability Engineer
Job Description
As a Data Analyst / BI & Observability Engineer, you will join a team dedicated to elevating the digital user experience and driving product innovation through deep data analysis. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between technical telemetry and business intelligence, translating complex datasets and raw data products into actionable engineering insights, troubleshooting tools, and executive dashboards. Working closely with cross-functional engineering, embedded, cloud, and product teams, you will uncover critical patterns, define core reliability KPIs, and directly influence platform optimization and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, analytical querying, and modern data visualization techniques.
- Proven ability to bridge raw log metrics and telemetry (e.g., CPU load, reset counters, DTCs) with platform quality KPIs.
- Core focus and background in data engineering for observability and embedded analytics (rather than embedded framework development).
- Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical findings to diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams (cloud, embedded, testing, product).
Job Responsibilities
- Design and maintain curated datasets, data models, and analysis-ready views supporting root-cause analysis, platform reliability, and quality follow-up.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end Power BI dashboards and standardized visualization templates integrated with backend data pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, cloud, embedded, and test teams to translate complex technical queries and raw logs into concrete, measurable metrics.
- Uncover operational patterns and define key platform health metrics to support proactive troubleshooting and system stability.
- Deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations that guide engineering priorities, product optimization, and executive decision-making.
