• Develop and propose technical consulting solutions using established engineering standards, methods, and technologies.
  • Perform power system studies and analyses to address customer requirements and resolve technical challenges.
  • Deliver engineering solutions that meet customer expectations in terms of quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand project requirements and provide technical recommendations.
  • Lead consulting assignments and support business development activities for projects ranging from approximately 50 to 250 consulting hours.
  • Participate in customer discussions, commercial negotiations, and technical presentations.
  • Support contract management activities, including project tracking, invoicing, work-in-progress reviews, and documentation.
  • Ensure successful execution and delivery of consulting assignments as per contractual commitments.
  • Prepare and follow project plans, schedules, and cost estimates for assigned work.
  • Conduct risk and opportunity assessments and implement mitigation actions where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to colleagues and project team members.
  • Support the development of new tools, methods, and engineering processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Promote and ensure the use of standard engineering processes, tools, and quality practices.
  • Contribute to achieving business growth and financial objectives within the consulting team.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
  • M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 4-8 years of professional experience in power system studies, analysis, and consulting.
  • Strong understanding of electrical power systems, transmission and distribution networks, and grid performance studies.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more power system simulation tools such as: PSS®E DIgSILENT PowerFactory EMTP
  • Experience in conducting studies such as: Load Flow Analysis Short Circuit Studies Stability Studies Harmonic Analysis Power Quality Studies Grid Compliance Studies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders.
