Enterprise Architect
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team at GlobalLogic. Reporting to the client's Head of Enterprise IT, you will operate at both operational and tactical levels, helping shape the target architecture, technology roadmap, and governance model for a growing organization.
The role combines enterprise architecture, integration, data, security, governance, and technology strategy, with a strong focus on practical and business-oriented solutions.
Requirements
- Experience as an Enterprise, Solution, Integration, or IT Architect.
- Strong background in IT architecture and systems integration.
- Experience establishing architecture standards, principles, governance, and an Architecture Review Board.
- Experience working in a scaling organization with a complex or rapidly evolving IT landscape.
- Strong experience with APIs, event/message-based integration, and iPaaS, with hands-on experience with at least one integration platform.
- Experience with data architecture and governance, including master data and data ownership.
- Good understanding of modern SaaS platforms such as ERP, CRM, PLM, HR, and collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of security, IAM, privacy, and Zero Trust principles.
- Working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
- Working knowledge of TISAX, ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2.
- Familiarity with TOGAF, ArchiMate, ITIL, or similar frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in automotive or other regulated industries.
- Experience with IT landscape consolidation and technology rationalization.
- Experience with AI/enterprise AI architecture and governance.
- Swedish language skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the target architecture and technology roadmap, balancing business value, risk, and cost.
- Establish practical architecture principles, standards, and guidelines covering integration, identity, data, security, and technology platforms.
- Own and maintain the enterprise system landscape, including systems, ownership, dependencies, and integrations.
- Define integration architecture and patterns across APIs, event/message-based integration, and iPaaS.
- Drive data architecture and governance, including data modelling, classification, ownership, master data, and data flows.
- Evaluate new systems and technologies and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business requirements.
- Own and chair the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and maintain architecture decision records.
- Identify and drive opportunities for system consolidation, technical debt reduction, and landscape simplification.
- Ensure AI tools and solutions align with enterprise architecture, data, security, and integration standards.
- Work with security teams on Zero Trust, IAM, privacy, and security-by-design, supporting compliance with TISAX, ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, Procurement, and outsourced infrastructure providers to drive architectural decisions and solutions.
- Maintain key architecture documentation, including landscape diagrams, integration maps, standards, and decision logs.
