Finance Specialist

The opportunity

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to support the Finance department in account reconciliations, financial analysis, data validation, and month-end close activities.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate outstanding items.
• Analyze General Ledger accounts and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with global entities.
• Review and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare journal entry support schedules and account analyses.
• Assist in statutory audit requests and internal control reviews.
• Coordinate with global finance teams on reconciliation and reporting matters.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

• CPA qualification or CPA track preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Financial Analysis, or Finance Operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
