Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will be responsible for end-to-end service project management, including contract review, project planning, system input, material procurement follow-up, delivery coordination, engineer dispatch, cash collection and project documentation, to ensure on-time, quality and cost-effective project delivery.
2. You will organize project execution analysis, identify risks related to schedule, cost, quality, material supply and delivery, and drive corrective and improvement actions accordingly.
3. You will be responsible for or coordinate material requirement planning, purchase requisitions, supplier delivery follow-up, inventory control and material shortage risk escalation for service projects to support project delivery needs.
4. You will participate in departmental continuous improvement projects and drive process optimization to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
5. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical, Electrical or related disciplines.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in project management, material planning, procurement coordination or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, service or engineering project environments.
3. Possess strong project management mindset with excellent planning, execution, coordination and follow-up capabilities, and able to drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely project delivery.
4. Proficient in SAP system, with solid knowledge of material planning, procurement process, supplier delivery follow-up, inventory control and shortage risk escalation, capable of supporting project delivery through effective system operation and material management.
5. Equipped with strong awareness of cost control, quality management, compliance and risk control, able to identify potential project risks and drive timely corrective actions.
6. Able to use working platforms and analytics tools such as Power BI, Celonis, or Copilot to analyze information, optimize work outcomes and support problem-solving.
