- Enable AI/ML platform capabilities including MLOps pipelines, model serving (via Databricks / MLflow), and integration with AI agent frameworks; ensure AI-ready data access patterns are governed, traceable, and production-ready.
- Partner with Data Strategy & Governance, Data Quality & Management, and Data Protection & Compliance to embed governance, quality, access controls, and auditability into analytics, platform, and self-service delivery; support AI Nexus and Digital Core through governed, reusable, and traceable data consumption patterns.
- Define and monitor analytics adoption, platform usage, reporting quality, reuse, self-service maturity, and service effectiveness indicators; maintain visibility of technology trends, BI capabilities, and emerging analytics practices.

- Manage strategic technology vendor relationships including Microsoft and Databricks.
- Contribute to FinOps practices for the analytics platform, including capacity planning, cloud cost transparency, chargeback modeling, and consumption optimization.
- Lead and develop the team, ensuring clear accountabilities, resource allocation, performance management, and professional growth; promote a culture of reuse, governed self-service, analytics excellence, and measurable business value.
