Corporate Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a robust, dynamic, stakeholder-oriented team in Finance that partners with various groups across Hitachi Vantara and provides strategic support to Senior Management on enterprise-wide financial analysis, data analytics, reporting, end to end sales compensation administration and master data management.What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for Variable Sales Compensation and Quota Attainment execution while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. This role will be part of Corporate FP&A team and will oversee Variable Sales Compensation Management for 3500+ sales professionals globally. You will play an integral role in facilitating discussions with multiple executive level stakeholders with varying objectives, proposing creative solutions and lead all parties towards achieving consensus. You will manage integrity of sales compensation programs and processes to ensure compliance and audit requirements. You will identify opportunities for optimization, automation and report enhancement through more efficient use of our tools. You will be partnering with HR, Total Rewards team, Finance and Sales Operations to develop incentive packages that attract and motivate talent while ensuring administration feasibility. You will lead and/or participate in cross-functional projects.What you bring to the team
- Strong Communication skills - ability to explain facts in a convincing manner while communicating and negotiating with stakeholders
- Business Partnership - provide balanced point of view supported by facts; anticipate business needs and support informed decision making
- Conflict Resolution - skilled to identify potential conflicts, engage stakeholders to resolve any issues in an effective manner; present conflicting points of view in a fair and constructive way and lead all participants towards achieving consensus
- Experience with end to end sales compensation process and administration
- Strong Leadership skills - ability to manage team of talented professionals remotely, provide coaching, development opportunities and motivation.
