Summary of the position:

This is a multifaceted role that will ensure overall MA integration plan efficiency, along with supporting consistencies in daily store operations, operational efficiencies and standards.  This role will lead our post-acquisition operational integration plans, acting as a trusted partner and advocate throughout the MA integration life cycle with senior management.  The Integration & SOP Specialist will also develop, document, maintain, and drive Standard Operating Procedures and best practices at the store level.    Lastly, this person will support key initiatives including but not limited to Voice of the Customer (NPS) program, 3rd party compliance sites, store newsletter, and local on-boarding, training & development of all team members. 

This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations, Direct Channel, and the position can be based out of our executive office in Chicago, Illinois alternatively, the position can work remotely within the continental USA.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Partner and work seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute the direct channel integration project plan as it relates to programs, processes, and systems
  • Manage the post-merger strategy plans and execution, in partnership with key leadership, cross-functional People teams, and Corporate Development stakeholders
  • Oversee the project plans of multiple ongoing integrations – accountable for on-time delivery of PMI project plans
  • Maintain and enhance M&A playbooks and best practices, leveraging automation and repeatable innovation when possible
  • Support the creation of executive-level analysis, briefings, reports for internal and key stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive SOP playbook for direct stores – capturing and detailing ALL aspects of direct store operations including best practices, processes and procedures
  • Maintaining SOP playbook – seeking out continuous improvement opportunities that drive consistencies and improvements throughout all direct store operations – all of which support our vision of being the customers’ partner of choice
  • Implementation, training and development of direct stores to SOP processes, procedures, etc.
  • Support specific business initiatives including but not limited to – NPS program, 3rd party compliance sites, communications / newsletter, assisting with employee on-boarding and tracking of training and development needs / progress, etc.



  • Associates degree
  • At least 1-year operational improvement experience involving multiple company sites/locations

Professional experience:

  • Experience putting together project roadmaps and project planning
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)  
  • Compressor / rotating equipment / capital equipment background and experience working in an equipment & service direct sales environment preferred
