Summary of the position:
This is a multifaceted role that will ensure overall MA integration plan efficiency, along with supporting consistencies in daily store operations, operational efficiencies and standards. This role will lead our post-acquisition operational integration plans, acting as a trusted partner and advocate throughout the MA integration life cycle with senior management. The Integration & SOP Specialist will also develop, document, maintain, and drive Standard Operating Procedures and best practices at the store level. Lastly, this person will support key initiatives including but not limited to Voice of the Customer (NPS) program, 3rd party compliance sites, store newsletter, and local on-boarding, training & development of all team members.
This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations, Direct Channel, and the position can be based out of our executive office in Chicago, Illinois alternatively, the position can work remotely within the continental USA.
