We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer with extraordinary customer service skills to join our 24/7 Support Centre, working Monday to Friday. This role will involve responding to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, mainly via email, web portals and phone. This position is fundamental in providing excellent customer service while at the same time delivering great outcomes for the business by processing customer inquiries and orders effectively and efficiently. This role is ideal for a driven individual that is detail focused and has the ability to think two steps ahead.
