Meet our Team

We represent Hitachi Vantara Global Travel & Meetings program. We collaborate as a team and cross-functionally to ensure the success of our internal stakeholders travel, meeting & expense needs.

What you'll be doing
  • Work alongside the Global Travel Director/Global Process Owner of Travel & Expense to help improve employee productivity and the employee experience, ensure duty of care, while achieving cost reduction
  • Lead the travel operations within EMEA & APAC to align with the Global Travel Management Strategy
  • Assist with global projects, and manage a range of regional travel suppliers (air, ground, hotel, travel management company (TMC), and overall tools used to facilitate booking to expense settlement process)
  • Manage regional expense exception approvals for EMEA & APAC
  • Help drive policy and program compliance through reporting and recommendations
  • Oversight of EMEA/APAC Meetings Sourcing programs


What you bring to the team
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a multinational or global travel program
  • Strong understanding of complexities of managing global travel at a large company with strong emphasis on EMEA & APAC
  • Experience with expense submission and expense policy management complexities
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
