Description

Responsible purchasing for production equipments and jigs fixtures&spare parts,machining parts and sub-material

1.Communication with the application department equipment needs,requirement and budget price.
   Issue RFQ, confirming quotation, price comparison, consult  the contents of the technical requirements for equipment and negotiate to get the 
   reasonable prices. Negotiation with supplier for trade terms of equipmen,etc.
   Confirm group purchasing price with Japanese side if needed.
2.  Responsible purchasing for Sub material
    Sorting,issuing, recycling RFQ, confirming quotation, etc.
    Negotiation of parts price , confirmation of group purchasing price with Head Office
    Responsible for the verification of the relevant standards of material procurement
3. Responsible for procurement contract management, vendor reconciliation,
4. Control the requirements of purchase orders and delivery tracking
5. Collaborative quality management 
6. Invoice collection and verification, unified application for purchase paymen tand other management
7. Input and update purchase related forms, and other reports
8. Periodic price reduction activities
9. KPI related management, monthly publication
10. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders
