Job duties & responsibilities:
Process responsible for winding & Sub assembly operation
Knowledge of resistance, resistance welding, electric test for winding operation
Product drawings, specification & validation of jig & fixtures as per drawings
Knowledge of Process validation, resistance welding parameter setting
Trouble shooting of line problem like, Jig/Fixtures
Make & support process related documentation, PFD, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan etc
Skills:
STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF EXCEL & POWERPOINT, COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Experience : 3-4/1-2YEARS
Preferred Industrial Experience : Wire Harness industry, winding process, Automobile.
Qualification: Diploma/B-TECH (MECHNICAL ENGINEERING)
