In this critical Technical Sales role, you will be responsible for providing content-specific technical support related to the HCP (Hitachi Content Platform) portfolio to our field salesforce & partner community, to ensure the Hitachi Vantara AMERICAS-Geo organization achieves their Object Storage focused business objectives (financial AOP targets and other KPIs).
As a member of the AMERICAS-Geo HCP/Data Intelligence Technical Experts team, you will utilize your knowledge of the broader Object Storage market & the HCP portfolio, to support customer & partner engagements. Throughout the sales engagement & execution phase, you will keep the key stakeholders informed of any issues that may impact the successful closure of opportunities.
Periodically, you will be requested as a technical expert to represent the HCP/DI portfolio of solutions externally at industry or analyst events & through social media. Additionally, you will play a key role in working with other Hitachi Vantara key stakeholders (i.e., Global Solution Leads, Product Management) to ensure that the long-term strategy of the HCP portfolio aligns with customer demand & market dynamics.
This is an AMERICAS-Geo (North and South America) role that will require some travel. Responsibilities
