About the Opportunity

Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking to employ a skilled and motivated individual to join our highly functional procurement team to maintain and manage our parts database and to provide vital data analysis support. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and will take ownership of this key function to support our organisation and dealers.

Based within our corporate support office in Pemuelwuy and moving to Parramatta, by the end of this year, the position of Master Data Specialist - Team Leader reports directly to our Parts Manager, and provides support relating to data and data analysis in the procurement of spare parts required for our machines and customer operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision of high level customer service to HCA stake holders
  • Maintenance and validation of database relating to set-up of parts
  • Updating of price tapes for purchasing from suppliers and sales to dealers
  • Periodic data analysis and management reporting
  • Provision of documentation required for internal and external audits
  • Participation in ad-hoc system cleansing activities
  • Support for procurement team / manager in day to day operations, management and reporting of key tasks
  • Identification and implementation of actions required for continuous improvement.

To be successful, you will possess the following:

  • Strong customer service focus, for both internal and external customers, and stakeholder management
  • Experience with database maintenance and analysis/reporting
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant management/business discipline
  • Advanced skills in inventory management / ERP systems, Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with pricing-related mathematics
  • Structured Query Language (SQL) experience.
