About the Opportunity

We are looking for a professional and self-motivated person to join our Marlborough branch. You will be given an excellent opportunity to work for a reputable company that is committed to providing the successful applicant with interesting and varied work in a supportive team environment.

The successful applicant will ideally bring experience and knowledge of the heavy vehicle and construction machinery industries, or a similar Industry. This role gives you lots of variety where your weeks could consist of onsite visits, creating lasting relationships with our valued customers to working on a 40-tonne excavator.

The ideal person will have the following in their toolbox:

• Experience in assisting with maintenance and servicing of commercial vehicles
• Proven ability in completing multiple tasks
• Works well under pressure towards tight deadlines
• Exceptional customer service experience
• Heavy Diesel or Automotive Qualification with 3 years experience or 5 years + heavy diesel experience (no qualification)
• Mechanical capability and technical skills; diagnosing faults and servicing heavy Commercial Vehicles
• Excellent diagnostic ability and analytical thinking to navigate complex issues and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Confident computer literacy and a committed, customer-focused mindset ensuring the CablePrice "first choice" customer vision is upheld
