What you'll be doing

Partner Experience and Insights Analyst, Global.
The purpose of the role is to support Hitachi Vantara Global Partner Organization in developing insights and analytics that relate to the effectiveness of partner business, utilization programs and tools, pricing velocity and low touch of business.

Information will be derived from various complex sources, and the Analyst will need to work cross functionally in support of design and implementation of insights. The Analyst will be required to conduct various sorts of analysis - deal registration adoption, pricing velocity utilization, partner experience in using various tools (partner portal, etc) and use this analysis to improve partner experience.

Global analyst will work closely with GEO field teams, global partner strategy group, pricing and IT development teams. The outcome of analysis will be translated into improvement of processes and tools that are applicable to partner business, as well as training materials.

What you bring to the team

• Good combination of technical qualifications with business acumen, ability to listen and consolidate the requirements of multiple stakeholders
• Highly skilled in analytic tools such as BI software, Excel, experience with Salesforce.com
• Attention to details and ability to derive conclusions from analysis. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers or management on key elements
• Ability to think creatively and work consistently to identify any process improvement opportunities; apply outcome of analysis to improvement of systems and processes
• Flexibility, especially working with different cultures, and positive "can do" problem solving attitude, excellent team worker, excited to cooperate in fast paced multicultural (virtual) team
