Marketing and Product Life Management Specialist of Automobile parts for Aftermarket

Hiring position : Product Life Management Department, Marketing Group,  , Aftermarket Business Division, Hitachi Astemo Ltd.

Location  : Tokyo Japan 

Mission

The mission of this position is to support his/her product(s) line(s) global and profitable development through product life cycle management and marketing expertise support to all regions.

Background of the recruitment

Hitachi Astemo was born as the world's leading Mega supplier in January 2021 from the merger of Hitachi Automotive Systems, Keihin, Showa, Nissin Kogyo.
To assimilate synergy, expanded products lineup and global market access at the maximum, we recruit specialist class person who is in charge of marketing and product life management practical business in After Market Division.   

Key Responsibility and  Activities

The mission of this position is to support his/her product(s) line(s) global and profitable development through product life cycle management and marketing expertise support to all regions.

• Market Intelligence for his/her product(s) line(s) (market trends, competitors watch…).
• Identify range gap with each region for his/her product(s) line(s).
• Define the Product Development Plan (PDP) in collaboration with each region and the Product Development team.
• Update and communicate new parts list to all regions.
• Manage product life cycle including End-Of-Life (EOL).
• Prepare analysis and topics for periodic business review with Divisions/BUs.
• Analyze monthly the global sales performance for his/her product line and propose (when required) corrective actions.

Key Professional Competencies /Qualification /Experience

Required

1) Business experience in English and Japanese (material creation, meeting management, discussion, etc.)
2) Knowledge of the automotive industry or aftermarket
3) Sales or Marketing experience
4) Those who can commute once a week (not fully remote)
5) Application documents in Japanese and English are required for application.

7) Please indicate your current Japanese level
