11786(7)(8) Casting Gate Cut (3rd Shift)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Perform one or more of the following operations in the manufacturing of an aluminum knuckle for automobiles:
Operation of gate cut equipment for multiple production lines; maintaining equipment check sheets, and maintain C.O.P. in work area
After initial training, associate will be cross trained in more than one step of the process
Use tools such as file, air sander, air chisel, air blow wand, broom, dustpan and squeegee
Physical effort moving lightweight materials
Know and maintain production quantities & quality
Check quality of products and parts to be used for production
Other tasks as assignedPreferred Skills:
