What You Will Be Doing

The Preferred Customer Services (PCS) offerings manager will be responsible for driving Global awareness and evangelizing Hitachi Vantara's Post sales Value add PCS offerings. These offerings are critical to Global Customer Service and Support (GCS&S) post sale client experience as well as driving a significant part of the GCSS revenue stream.

This global leader will own the responsibility of driving traction with our Hitachi Vantara Sales, Presales and Professional Services organizations and outlining the value add to their roles and our end clients and partners by adopting these value-added offerings. This individual will play a key role working closely with our GCSS geo and country leaders and as needed, assisting them internally in the sales cycle of the PCS offerings.

This role will also drive partnerships, where needed, to expand and promote different PCS Offerings and work with stated partners to develop marketing collateral and communications to promote the PCS offerings internally and externally to our clients and partners.

This role will also own the responsibility of tracking the revenue and booking streams of these offerings and measuring profitability and revenue growth on a quarterly basis. A services sales quota will be aligned to this role to drive continued growth of these offerings and revenue stream associated.

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Evangelize GCS&S Post sale value add Preferred Customer Services offerings
  • Drive Revenue growth with increases traction of the PCS offerings
  • Track success of revenue and booking results on a quarterly / annual basis
  • Track profitability of offerings on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Work with Marketing and communications to develop and enhance marketing collateral for PCS offerings
  • Drive Global Awareness and manage to unique needs in specific Geos/countries
  • Develop relationships with partners as needed to grow PCS offerings revenue and traction
  • Act as liaison between local GCSS country leaders and finance / ops when needed to assist in contracts and revenue recognition challenges
  • Establish governance and cadence in tracking and measurement of PCS success and KPIs on quarterly basis
  • Up to 20% travel during key milestones

What You Will Bring To The Team
  • Experience services sales or support offerings - customer and /or partner interfacing
  • Experience in building of offerings and promotion of services offerings
  • Proven track record of successful revenue drive and increased revenue results / stream.
  • Experience with Hitachi Vantara technologies, a similar competitor, end user or IT consultancy services provider.
  • Minimum 15 years of industry technical enterprise experience.
  • Understanding of multiple technology platforms/ solutions.
  • Demonstrating leadership versatility - leads by example and motivates and inspires others and able to interact successfully with customers, vendors and employees at all levels in the organization.
  • Proactive delivery - striving to exceed expectations, demonstrating accountability for keeping own performance on track.
  • Conflict management - able to remain calm under pressure and able to diffuse difficult situations by effectively managing customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
