The Opportunity

HCA's Forrestdale Branch has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Service Administrator. This will be a full time permanent role.

Reporting to the REMAN Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage New Starter inductions, Site Entry Process
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, organise and schedule training
  • Payroll support - collating timesheets and leave
  • Compile information required for internal & external audits
  • Production order preparation and timely closure for all REMAN service invoicing
  • Assist in other general Service administration tasks
  • Maintenance of local databases to track WIP

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferable
  • Tertiary qualification i.e. Certificate III in Business Administration or similar
  • Experience or exposure to maintaining fleet vehicles and/or Payroll experience, advantageous.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office and data bases with office experience
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
