Workshop Fitter - Adelaide

We are currently seeking an experienced Workshop Fitter to join our team in Adelaide. You will perform assembly, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of construction equipment for our valued customers.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Overhauling all minor and major hydraulic and mechanical components from our Hitachi construction, equipment range
• Assembly and fitment of attachments and components to new machine builds
• Ensuring all work is completed in a safe manner
• Undertaking diagnostic and repair work
• Conduct basic failure analysis and identify specific modes of failure
• Completion and submission of all relevant paperwork and reports
• Liaising with technical support staff
• Providing timely customer service

To be successful in this role:

• You will hold relevant Heavy Diesel trade qualification
• Experience with earthmoving equipment or on highway vehicles.
• Good communication skills
• Have a safety focus and abide by site safety processes
