Job Description

This role will report into the Consulting Head of Change and is responsible for the delivery of holistic learning solutions for our clients and helping to grow our L&D offering both internally and externally

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees development of the learning offering to our clients, ensuring we keep up to date with industry best practice
  • Provides consulting services to clients in the transformation and change discipline; this will involve leading the definition, development, and managing delivery of the learning workstream on Microsoft Dynamics projects to meet the training requirements of the client
  • Coach, mentor and develop consultants into certified trainers
  • Provide key contributions to sales bids including approach, resourcing and pricing estimates for client learning and development programmes.
  • Accountable for the creation and maintenance of effective templates for learning materials, in line with company design guidelines
  • Ensure learning interventions support clients business strategy, new processes, and desired behaviours
  • Ensure training deliverables are provided within time, cost and quality requirements of the supported projects
  • Supporting Sales and Marketing through proposition development as well as actively seeking case studies from existing client base.
  • Support ongoing development of L&D strategy internally within Hitachi Solutions Europe Ltd.
  • Creation and roll out of soft skills training course for onboarding
  • Design, commission and deliver as appropriate corporate learning activities across the Hitachi business


As an experienced Learning Manager, you have...
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in learning and development, e.g. Learning Strategies, e-Learning, Learning Needs Analysis
  • Experience in developing complex company-wide L&D programmes
  • Background in developing large scale learning solutions, complex transformation projects including ERP/CRM systems implementations
  • Experience in developing training material across Microsoft platform including Microsoft business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Finance and Operations. Experience in business process and modules such as CRM/HR, Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Strong project management skills and leading teams of training developers
  • Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)
  • Relevant knowledge of learning and development methodologies
  • Exhibits strong leadership abilities as role model, partner and mentor to project teams and clients
  • Results-focused with strong business acumen combined with analytical and structured thinking
  • Consulting skills, including: team facilitation, conflict management, business case development
  • Dynamics 365 Fin /Ops or CRM background would be an advantage
  • Expert knowledge in learning software packages such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Click Learn, Walk Me
