About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide end to end support for our Service team. The role will be standard office hours and will be based in our Dandenong Branch.

The responsibilities will include but not limited to;

  • Processing of service jobs
  • Monitoring/organising repairs/servicing on a large fleet of service vehicles
  • Data processing for Service Department
  • Follow up with Sales Department on new machine build costings
  • Compiling of service paperwork
  • Follow up of sub-contractor invoices
  • Raise purchase orders for service jobs
  • Payroll support as required
  • Compile information required for internal & external audits
  • Arranging site inductions, training and maintaining records
  • Assist in other general Service administration tasks

To be successful you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar Administration support roles
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
