Description

As our Aftermarket team transitions into Lifecycle Management, we are searching for a sales-minded employee to fill the role of Lifecycle Service Account Manager. This is a true sales role that will give the right candidate the perfect opportunity to develop their career in sales while allowing the organization to continue building a robust pipeline for the Sales team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain relationship with new and existing
  • Develop and foster opportunities with customers
  • Present Lifecycle Management capabilities
  • Develop relationships with Project Sales team members
  • Close orders to meet or exceed annual
  • Maintain and submit appropriate records for forecasting, quote status, expenses, as well as minor estimating and proposal activity.
  • Assist Applications Engineers as needed in developing solutions to the customer’s
  • Continually contact prospective customers based on leads from business directories or other
  • Support all aspects sales and marketing for territory
    • Market research
      • Industry trends
      • Geographic market understanding
      • Competitive landscape
      • Niche opportunity identification
    • Support lead generation activities
    • Value proposition development and communication
    • Support marketing efforts
      • Trade show participation
      • Marketing collateral
      • Trade associations involvement
    • Coordinate with
      • Align product offerings with market needs
      • Standard product design
      • Identify unique IP opportunities
    • Goal setting and alignment of activity to support goals
  • Maintain & submit appropriate records for forecasting, quote status &
  • Assist project implementation, legal and finance teams, as required

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5 years prior industrial, manufacturing or automation type experience
  • Possess a winning and creative approach to work when identifying customer
  • History of maintaining and submitting appropriate records for forecasting quote status and
  • Proven ability to continually contact prospective customers based on leads from business directories or other sources.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time (primarily day travel). Remainder of time is home
