Summary of the position:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the telemarketing and tele-sales of select company products and services, will lead targeted prospecting / lead generation campaigns, and provide general sales and customer support to the sales, service teams. This position will utilize an integrated strategy that may include, but not limited to inbound/outbound tele-sales activities, leveraging our CRM / ecommerce platform, and the marketing of company products across the assigned territory. This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make tele-sales / lead generation discipline and the Sales / Service teams successful. This position may also assist in development of sales presentations and proposals for the Sales team. Interfacing daily with and nurturing customer relationships, along with developing a strong rapport and trust utilizing various electronic communication tools and systems is vital to the success of this role and effectively carrying out the duties.
