What you'll be doing

• Develop and participate in processing day to day HR transactions requests and queries submitted using Ask HR;

• Ensure that all HR-critical administrative transactions are accurate and handled in a timely and compliant manner.

• Activities may include but are not limited to:

- Answer inquiries from employees and managers as per the defined guidelines; also support AskHR Inquiries submitted by Employees

- Assist Local HRBP with Manager follow up on various employee and organization related activities

- Participate in other activities related to the company main HR Processes.

What you bring to the team
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, professional, global business environment such as in customer service and/or administrative support would be a plus;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to work discretely on a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues;
  • Bachelor's degree in business related discipline desired;
  • Must be fluent in English;
  • Must be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative, and able to work independently on a virtual team.
  • Must be able to prioritize, problem solve and multi-task;
  • Attention to detail and good organization skills;
  • Customer focused;
  • Ability to learn and apply quickly;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and able to research, compile and clearly present information;
  • Comfortable navigating new tools and technology.
