Supporting mining and construction customers based in North Queensland, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Townsville team. In this influential customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact and the integral link for supporting our valued customers.
Working Monday to Friday, you will spend the majority of your time visiting customer sites (DIDO), providing holistic support for Hitachi mining and construction excavators, trucks and wheel loaders within your territory. Your knowledge of mining and construction equipment combined with your passion for providing exceptional customer service, will enable you to be successful in this role.
