The Role
We are seeking a senior Site Reliability Engineer / Sustaining /Customer Success people to join a fast-paced, collaborative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible working with our global support teams to ensure the success of our products and customers. You'll troubleshoot, become an expert in how our products operate, and be the first stop for customer escalations into Engineering.
Responsibilities You need to have:
- Experience supporting cutting-edge enterprise class solutions
- A genuine passion for engineering high-quality solutions
- Advanced analysis and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant formal education, including BSCS or MSCS
Primary Qualifications: - Deep understanding of Engineering Processes
- Some structured programming knowledge in any programming language
- Strong teamwork, work ethic, and initiative to learn
- Experience in one or more scripting languages

6-10 years of hands-on contribution in Sustaining Engineering or related field - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Tech savvy, detail oriented, and highly driven
