About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Muswellbrook branch in the position of Workshop Supervisor. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising and supervising the service workshop operations ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the relevant standards while ensuring that department budgets and KPI's are met. You will also be responsible for recruiting, mentoring and coaching our electrical and mechanical apprentices and coordinating their training schedules throughout their apprenticeship.
