  Role Description Skills: Automation and Innovation team is looking for Software Engineer (AI/ML) with hands-on experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) technologies to help design and build cutting-edge AI solutions in Digital HR. Experience: *B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MS or equivalent degree in Computer Science discipline *Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a software developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI / ML projects. *Strong programming skills in Python. *Experience using Machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, decision trees, SVM, Decision Forests, Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, etc., *Experience with machine learning and deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Spacy, NLTK, and other open-source libraries. *Experience developing AI/ML solutions using Azure Services or any cloud-based services (Google, IBM, etc.,). *Good knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms. *Experience in database systems (RDBMS, NoSQL, etc.,). *Experience in deploying ML / Deep Learning models for production use. *Knowledge / Experience in deploying AI / ML Solutions in Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS / Other). *Knowledge / Experience in Conversational AI systems development (Chatbot / Virtual Agents) would be an added advantage. *Knowledge / Experience in Data Visualization tools like Power BI and big data analytics tools and Programming languages like Spark/Hadoop/Hive and Scala would be advantageous. *Exposure to emerging technologies like IoT, Hyper automation, AR/VR is a plus. *Industry recognized certifications in AI / ML / Deep Learning. *Strong verbal and written communication skills. *Must be an outstanding team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. *Quick learner with a 'can-do' attitude.
