The Digital HR team has implemented Workday as Hitachi’s global HR people & talent management solution. Workday has enabled Hitachi to achieve consistent processes across the core employee lifecycle, as well as performance management and talent reviews, and via Prism Analytics and other reports & dashboards, Hitachi now has global visibility of people and organisational data. We are also expanding our functional footprint to include Recruiting, Learning and Expenses, and are continuing to roll-out Workday across any new acquisitions within the Hitachi Group.
We are currently seeking a Workday Change Management and adoption specialist to support change management and Workday adoption for Hitachi Group companies where Workday is being implemented. In this role, you will create adoption materials like training presentations, videos, communications etc., manage training schedules and support with other adoption related activities.
Support Change Management team around planning, designing and developing change management plans.
Work with the Adoption function to support ongoing initiatives and activities.
Collaborate and support internal stakeholders and external clients related to adoption activities.
Manage trainings logistics, adoption materials and/or communications.
Support to develop training/learning materials.
Create and deliver change management related documentation.
Coordinate with different stakeholders to manage the program and take ownership of the track.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 3-4 years of overall experience in organizational change management with background in HCM Implementation or Workday functional consultant or HRIS knowledge around Workday implementation
Functional Knowledge of HCM applications or Workday modules
Good knowledge around creating PowerPoint presentations and building learning documents
Intermediate level of Excel sheets
Fast learning with ownership and accountability
Excellent written and spoken English language proficiency
Skilled to handle multiple stakeholders and teams across geographical regions is preferred
Client Management experience and skills
Previous experience of working for a large organization, with change management experience is a plus
