1. HR processes and policies

  • Be a real business partner to Plant/Site Manager and management team on all HR affairs, such as discipline management, change management

  • Support the business needs by creating and monitoring the local HR processes and policies

  • Be in charge of the development and training processes

  • Be in charge of the recruitment and selection processes

  • Ensure that the plant/site is in line with the labor law

  • Manage the budget (make, update and control the budget)

2. Salary and compensation

  • Be in charge of the payroll processes

  • Make and monitoring the compensation budget

  • Deploy the salary review policy and follow the bonus process

3. Internal communication & Employee engagement

  • Deployment of Corporate Communication. Definition and implementation of Regional and Local communication.

  • Execute the internal communication activities both in top-down and bottom-up ways

  • In charge of promoting Employee Engagement Survey and ensure the improvement actions have been put into practice;

  • Organize team building & culture promotion activities, create a positive atmosphere in the site

4. Health, safety & environment Management

  • Oversee the HSE activities in the site

  • Ensure the HSE rules are followed, incident/accident reported and corrective action taken

5. Team Management

  • Foster a climate of teamwork and motivation within the team by encouraging entrepreneurship mindset, professional development and growth of employees (assessment, training, coaching and mentoring).

  • Ensure the deployment of the company communication to the team

  • Ensure appropriate work environment for the team

6. Benefits management and overseeing Administration activities


  • Graduate and Professional qualification in HR either MPM or MBA

  • Work experience between 12 ~ 15 years
