Key Accountabilities & Key Activities

Customer's Project Development

  • Ensure that applicable customer's requirements (CSRs and Quality targets) are well understood and applied all along Project phases
  • Ensure that lessons learned of serious complaints are properly applied
  • Ensure that project risk is at an acceptable level through all the phases of the project
  • Assure an effective negotiation with the customer on specification gaps
  • Monitor the Quality Gate assessment reports
  • Perform manufacturing line audits for projects or products at risk
  • Ensure serial modifications (CHM) are properly managed according to customer requirements

Customer Quality performance

  • Monitor global customers performance, alerts and initiate action plan in case of deviation
  • Support the plants for Quality complaints handling and Customer's audits when necessary
  • Negotiate Warranty Quality Costs to minimize their impact on BRBU profitability
  • Ensure Quality Customer Specific Requirements application

Customer claims management

  • Ensure efficient escalation and follow up of potential serious complaints, support the problem solving team until 8D fully completed
  • Follow up PRC (Parts Return Center) activities on providing necessary information
  • Ensure Lessons Learned sharing of serious complaints within BRBU organization

Key Professional Competencies

  • Mechanical engineering background
  • Knowledge of foundation products and systems & manufacturing processes
  • Project Management linked with Quality (APQP)
  • Negotiation skills
  • International & Intercultural Management skills
  • English spoken. Other languages appreciated
