The Opportunity

The Business Improvement Manager is responsible for network development and the implementation of strategies which contribute to the growth, excellence, and consistency of CablePrice branch operations.

The ideal person will be proficient at:

• Setting and implementing the strategic direction of the Branch network in conjunction with the Executive Management Team
• Working alongside Operations Managers and Branch Managers to plan and facilitate branch improvement
• Managing an investment plan for the workshop infrastructure to ensure future proofing through the development of operations.
• Identifying new opportunities and initiatives, researched and communicated in the form of a sound business plan
• Working with Head Office departments to develop and maintain common company goals and align for a collaborative approach
