About the Opportunity

Due to growth, our business has a new and exciting opportunity for a motivated Parts Coordinator to join the CSG team. Based in Gunnedah, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently assisting AHS department by facilitating parts scheduling and expediting based on the Customer's needs, researching and ordering parts, providing superior service to ensure customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with peers to maximize satisfaction

You will be responsible for the following;

  • Assists technicians with ordering and researching parts issues and locating/tracking parts using in-house software
  • Provides internal assistance to the AHS members by correctly locating needed parts using various parts database systems in a timely and efficient manner to help minimize customer downtime.
  • Monitors parts levels at our stores in order to ensure fast rotation parts are always available in country
  • To liaise with our branches in order to obtain parts necessary for warranty repairs and corrective maintenance
  • To liaise with local suppliers for the repair of defective parts devices.

To be successful you will;

  • Ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything else
  • Computer savvy with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have previous experience in a parts environment - highly regarded
  • Data analysis and reporting experience in an after-market parts environment - highly regarded
  • Proficiency in SQL is advantageous but not essential
