Junior Accountant

Description

Qualification

• 1-2 Years of experience in Accounting, SAP knowledge is a plus
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Proven track records in managing AP/AR
• Ability to manage VAT reconciliation and filing monthly statements

Job Description

• Follow the company policies and procedures to maintain the internal controls

• Ensure vendor invoices are issued as per VAT local law
• Ensure booking entries of General Ledger or AP or AR or Branch figures are posted on the right WBS
• Prepare bank payment transactions
• Audit Employees Expense claims, petty cash & Credit cards and ensure that its following the policy
• Maintain Fixed asset register and physical reconciliation
• Engaging with other departments when its related to admin inquiry
• Monthly supplier Reconciliations in relation with Procurement / Supply Chain management
• Maintain proper filling system
• Any other tasks required
