The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Order Processing Specialist with extraordinary customer service skills to join our 24/7 Support Centre, working Monday to Friday. This role will involve responding to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, mainly via email and web portals. You will be in charge of including but not limited to; pricing, parts, availability of stock, order enquirers and much more!

  • Entering all sales order information into our internal databases
  • Reviewing customer orders ensuring they are correct, applying a high level of attention to detail
  • Liaise with customers in relations to purchase orders
  • Providing sales quotes via email to any customers

About You

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders from various areas of our business, internally and externally
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and navigate between system and databases
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Experienced working within a fast paced customer service environment with high volume order processing is not essential but advantageous
