This position will be a key member to the VDC Service Desk team, which support all BAU (Business as usual) users activities for Hitachi Vantara Vietnam, and a part of global function (Service Desk / Desktop Operation).
There's many opportunities to interact and support IT and non-IT users, support business growth and have chance to participate in many other aspect of information system, like security compliant, end point security etc.. What you'll be doing
What you bring to the team
- Set up new / refreshing desktops/ laptops for HVN users.
- Make sure endpoint devices are compliant with Hitachi Vantara global policies
- Support local activities for ISO 27001 compliant (monthly tasks, asset management,..)
- Support System and Network team in various Core Infrastructure project
- Propose and improve working process (Built machine image, ticketing system)
- Working on In-house service desk system and industry's de-facto standard for ITIL ticketing system (Service-now)
- Take challenge and ownership

- Understand IT Operation Standard.
- Adaptability with new change.
- Critical thinking and Problem Solving Skills.
- Strong IT knowledge and wide range experience.
- Good English
- PowerShell/script experience
- Network - CCNA
- Windows/Linux Administrator
- IT Service Management (ITIL) experience
