What you'll be doing

Main goal for this role is to coordinate Partner Enablement Activities from Technical Sales side Worldwide, generate education sessions, collect and replicate best practices, engage local teams in Enablement activities. Our Partners need to be self-sufficient in selling Hitachi solutions and Global Partner Enablement Lead is responsible for local teams have all materials and best practices for it.

Responsibilities should include following:
- Build the process of programmatic Partner Enablement for all Countries and Regions Worldwide, including AMER, APAC and EMEA region
- Work close with Partner Managers worldwide, discuss, and build enablement plans for Partners, including certifications
- Generate proactive enablement activities like Geo-wide webinars, face-to-face Solution Days, etc
- Work as a part of Commercial Accelerator function, develop programs which helps to generate more revenue from Technical Sales side
- Make sure we have good contact with Partners Pre-Sales community locally in Countries
- Manage virtual team of experts to support Partner Activities. Generate new interesting topics to cover, deliver this info to Partners
- Involve Corporate functions like Sales Enablement team, Marketing, Product Organization, Inside Sales. Coordinate all activities with them
