The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Equipment Technician to join our Greymouth Branch. This position would suit a mechanical trades professional who is dedicated to providing quality, efficient and accurate service and maintenance outcomes. This role is predominantly based at Stockton Minesite with shift patterns and hours that are somewhat flexible.

If you have the following, we would love to hear from you:

• Heavy Diesel or Automotive Qualification with 3 years' experience or 5 years + Heavy Diesel experience (no qualification) - apprentices are also welcomed to apply
• Experience on Hitachi ZX490, 890, 1200 & 1900 is preferred. It would also be advantageous to have knowledge of Caterpillar & drill rigs
• Ability to apply analytical thinking in order to navigate complex issues, troubleshoot problems and deliver high-quality outcomes providing solutions
• Confident computer literacy and a committed, customer-focused mindset ensuring the Cable Price "first choice" customer vision is upheld
