Quality Systems Coordinator
Location: Greenfield IN, USA
Manage and coordinate the day to day activities of the Quality Management System, including coordinating and facilitating the audit process to ensure company compliance to International Organization for Standardization (ISO), International Automotive Task Force (IATF), and company standards. This includes facilitating any training needed within the organization. Lead plant wide Cost of Poor-Quality teams with the goal of reducing quantity and cost of rejects.
•Facilitate preparation of all departments for Hitachi self-audit and third-party International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and IATF audits.
•Conduct and lead International Organization for Standardization (ISO), International Automotive Task Force (IATF), Hitachi Self-Assessments as required.
•Report audit findings and follow up with necessary groups.
•Prepare results for reporting to management.
•Lead Cost of Poor-Quality cost reduction teams Group Activity Problem Solving (GAPS).
•Quality department Local Document Controller (LDC), overall plant Local Document Controller (LDC), records retention.
•New hire orientation training.
•Other duties as assigned.

•4yr college degree, or 2-year college degree and 3 years experience.
•Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets necessary to perform job duties.
•Intermediate experience required in Windows, MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint.
