Description

As an Operations Coordinator for our Lifecycle Management team, you will enter, track, and maintain field service requests in Salesforce while working closely with our Operations Coordinator to provide a high level of customer service for JR customers. Other responsibilities include assisting with the day to day needs of the Remote Support, Parts, and Field Service teams using prepared templates to quote new service work. Key measures of success include the ability to maintain the integrity of timelines and data, exceptional customer service and follow through, as well as relationship management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Case auditing, parts and field service follow up and remote support follow-up with key customers 
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and consistent communication
  • Create training schedules, set up meeting invites, create training binders
  • Operate general office equipment for various applications, such as database and document management and word processing
  • Coordinate site visits and part shipments in conjunction with field service and parts team  
  • Process expense reports for business travel, events, and other office-related expenses
  • Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, maintaining documents, or preparing reports as requested
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars as well as coordinate events
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
  • Make copies of correspondence or other printed material
  • Support customer visits (travel/lodging)
  • Support Salesforce team as needed

What You’ll Bring:

  • Associates degree or advanced education; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a professional/manufacturing environment highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and project/time management skills
  • History of excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Duties include packing, re-stocking, and carrying items

 Skills You’ll Have:

  • Experience providing administrative support to multiple parties simultaneously. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Outlook (calendar scheduling) and Concur (creating and managing travel arrangements); Microsoft certification a plus. 
  • Strong focus on detail and accuracy of work with the ability to take on full ownership of assigned work. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive material and maintain confidentiality. 
  • Strong organizational skills and flexibility to handle multiple tasks. 
  • Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while having strong attention to detail.
