About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Specialist in our busy Auckland Branch. Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, as well as take a front-line role in identifying opportunities to develop the part and service business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and develop new customer accounts by increasing revenue
  • Promotes, sells and secures parts orders and service scheduling from existing and prospective Customers through a relationship-based approach
  • Builds and fosters a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth
  • Interpreting and processing customer requests
  • Contribute to the efficient and effective management of parts stock and the smooth running of the parts department.
  • Maintain and enhance your knowledge and understanding of CablePrice's products and systems

You will need to be hardworking, customer focused and cool under pressure, allowing you to priorities tasks in a busy workplace. Knowledge and/or experience with commercial vehicles or heavy equipment is an advantage, and a current driver's license is necessary.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal & written
  • The ability to positively engage with and influence all parts of the business
  • High level of computer literacy
  • The ability to perform under pressure, to prioritise and multitask in a time driven environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving, logistics and/or service experience.
