The Opportunity

HCA is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our Construction Equipment Sales team on a 12 month contract with a view to go permanent located at our Corporate Support office in Greystanes until October and then we are relocating to our brand new office in Parramatta CBD.

Reporting to the Team Leader - Sales Administration you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain sales and device records
  • Process sales orders for new and used construction equipment
  • Order and allocate accessories for sales
  • Process device transfers and loans
  • Provide support to CSG and branch sales teams

You will need to have a high level of interpersonal and organisational skills while being computer literate. A keen attention to detail is a must, while previous experience in a construction equipment sales department is not required, it would be an advantage.
