Purpose of position

• The Senior Researcher will be responsible for creating advanced technology/solution and new business model for Smart Real Estate in ASEAN region, based on real-world requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research activities and develop advanced technology/solution using video intelligence and IoT data analytics
• Create new business model design
• Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) to demostrate solution value with real world application
• Conduct activities in customer engagement, requirement study and solution proposal
• Create proposal documents, presentation material, and technical report
• Collaborate with global research teams and various parties to develop and deliver solution

Requirements

Educational & Professional Qualification

• Master's Degree or PhD 
• Video Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Analytics or others

Experience

• Min 3 years of relevant working experiences in Video Intelligence and IoT Data Analytics
• Working experience in project management and customer facing activities

Knowledge/ Skills/ Other Abilities
