What you'll be doing

The Web Producer, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is responsible for end-to-end project leadership and implementation of Hitachi Vantara's global web strategies. This role will require strong web production management skills, including hands-on implementation experience in Adobe Experience Manger (AEM). In this role, you will also work with cross-functional teams such as Campaign, Digital Marketing, Content and Creative Brand to understand each objectives, priorities and KPIs and implement in AEM or translate them into requirements for the Web Development team in India. In addition, you will be responsible for day-to-day web project management and ensuring review works are on-time and complete.

The Web Producer, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) drives the planning and execution of web development projects. In addition, you will work with Creative Brand and Content teams to ensure consistency throughout the corporate site by company's brand and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
○ Create new pages using templates and make changes to existing pages by closely partnering with Campaign, Digital Marketing, Content and Creative Brand teams.
○ Translate the web requests into requirements for Web Development team in India.
○ Triage the backlog items for Web Development team in India.
○ Manage web production schedules from concept to completion with follow-through.
○ Partner with various stakeholders and proactively communicate status and timeline.
○ Manage self-service governance process and provide approval based on web's best practices.
○ Lead and define the web workflow process and SLA.
○ Work in Agile/Scrum framework with India team

What you bring to the team

○ 3+ years web production and project management experience in a B2B marketing environment.
○ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
○ Experience with AEM a must.
○ Excellent project management, prioritization and organizational skills..Proactive, a sense of urgency, and a "can-do" attitude
○ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
○ Past experience in working with global teams, especially in India, is a plus. Proficiency with project management tools like Adobe Workfront, Wrike and Smartsheet.

The expected salary for this position is $115,000 - $125,000. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Vantara's variable pay program, subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.
